1. Welche verschiedenen Typen Eismaschinen & Eisbereiter gibt es?
Grundsätzlich sind Eismaschinen mit und ohne Kompressor zu unterscheiden. Während Sie ein Gerät mit Kompressor jederzeit spontan einsetzen können, benötigt die Variante ohne Kompressor ein Kühlakku. Bevor Sie Eis herstellen können, ist es erforderlich, das Kühlelement zwischen acht und 24 Stunden vorzukühlen. 2. Gibt es Eismaschinen & Eisbereiter, die Kinder bedienen können?
Es gilt, was auch für andere elektrisch betriebene Geräte vorgeschrieben ist. Nur Personen, die das Gerät gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung betreiben können, sollten mit dem Eisbereiter arbeiten. Deshalb sollten Sie vorsichtshalber gemeinsam mit Ihrem Kind das Gerät anschließen, benutzen und reinigen. Achten Sie unbedingt darauf, dass keine Feuchtigkeit an den Netzstecker gelangt. 3. Wie sind Eismaschinen & Eisbereiter zu reinigen?
Der Punkt der guten Reinigung ist auf jeden Fall ein wichtiges Kaufargument – insbesondere bei relativ häufiger Verwendung. Bitte lesen Sie sich die Produktbeschreibungen der Maschinen durch, die in Ihre engere Wahl kommen, und achten hierbei auf Angaben zur Reinigungsmöglichkeit. Je weniger Schlitze und Löcher vorhanden sind, umso einfacher ist die Reinigung. Zu bevorzugen sind zudem spülmaschinenfeste Rührarme.
4. Was ist ausschlaggebend für die Qualität der Eiscreme?
Wenn Sie Eis mit einem Eisbereiter selbst herstellen möchten, sind folgende Arbeitsschritte einzuhalten:
- Zutaten wenigstens eine Stunde im Kühlschrank kühlen
- Zutaten mit der erforderlichen Menge Zucker zu einer homogenen Masse verrühren
- die Masse in die Eismaschine geben
- Eingabe der Kühl- und Rührzeit gemäß Rezept
- nach Ablauf der Zeit Entnahme und Portionieren des Eises
Der Zucker sollte unbedingt vor dem Einfüllen in den Eisbereiter komplett aufgelöst sein, damit Sie tatsächlich eine glatte Masse erhalten. Je besser die Maschine rührt und kühlt, umso besser ist die Eisqualität.
